These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the websites and digital platforms operated by JN's Biology and Eklabhya Classes — both owned and operated by Jagatananda Satapathy ("we", "us", "our") — including jnsbiology.com, eklabhyaclasses.com, the student portals, and the admin management platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Us

JN's Biology and Eklabhya Classes are coaching institutions based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, specialising in NEET UG, JEE Main & Advanced, and +2 Science preparation. Both institutions are individually branded but are owned, managed, and operated by the same person: Jagatananda Satapathy.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for students aged 13 and above, parents, guardians, and administrative staff. By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration & Google Sign-In

You may create an account using your email and password, or by signing in with your Google account. When using Google Sign-In:

• You authorise us to receive your Google name, email, and profile picture for authentication purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may revoke Google access at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its servers.
• Use the Platform to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute course content or student data without written permission.
• Impersonate another student, staff member, or administrator.
• Share your student login credentials with others.

5. Course Enrolment & Fees

Course fees, batch schedules, and admission criteria are communicated separately by the respective institution. Enquiries submitted through the website are not binding enrolment agreements. Official enrolment is confirmed only after in-person registration and fee payment at our institute.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including study materials, blog posts, test papers, illustrations, branding, and code — is the intellectual property of Jagatananda Satapathy / JN's Biology / Eklabhya Classes. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee specific exam results. Success depends on the student's individual effort and preparation.
• The Platform is provided "as is". We make no warranties about uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jagatananda Satapathy, JN's Biology, and Eklabhya Classes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or inability to access it.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification to registered users.
